ARBA Old Board Meeting 10-17-2014

The meeting of the ARBA board was called to order by Ron Andress, president, at 10:15 a.m. EDT on the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, New York on Friday, October 17, 2014. In attendance were board members Charlene Carlisle, Hilary Chapin and Margaret VanCamp. Also present were Karen Nichols, Randy Thompson and ARBA secretary, JoAnn Mast.
