Roll Call: Chris, Randy Thompson, Charlene Carlisle, Sue Kalina, Anne McIntyre Lahner, Emma Rogers, Allison Seyfert, Betsy McPherson – Scott Culver and JoAnn Mast on phone. Don Burgess unable to attend, District 5 position vacant. Guest in attendance, Meghan Higgins.
