Eastern States Exposition Update

The Big E runs Sept. 12 – 28, 2014.

Things are gearing up fast for the 2014 Big E and we are now working on several new things for the upcoming Fair.

If you have any questions with this process, please call us for assistance at 413-205-5011. Entries are also accepted by mail or fax (413-205-5104). Entries postmarked or sent after August 15 will be considered late and only accepted at the higher fee. All entries must be submitted prior to September 1.

Reminder: the entire 2014 Eastern States Exposition Premium Book, including entry forms, is now posted on our website. An actual book for distribution will NOT be printed; therefore we are unable to mass mail it this year. If you do not have access to the web and need a copy of your section or entry blanks please contact the office, or 413-205-5011.

New 50 amp electrical service available!

An upgrade of electrical service is being completed for September. A limited number of 50 amp electrical hookups are being installed in the Mallary camping area and all hookups are being upgraded to 30 amp.

50 amp service will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To upgrade to 50 amp service, please see the camper superintendent for availability and pay in the Agriculture Office upon arrival. 2014 Big E camper rates will be $15 per evening for 30 amps and $25 per evening for 50 amps. Slide outs are still $10 per slide.
