ARBA District 5 Report

The biggest thing going on in District 5 is lambing. I hope you all have a great number of happy, healthy babies of all colors.

The next biggest thing is the planning of our next national show and sale and meeting at the Washington State Fair in Puyallup, Washington in the fall of 2021. Once again Randy Thompson and Al Schwider have stepped up to make this happen. They are both very familiar with the venue and the people in charge. I am very grateful to both of them.

In addition to usual show and sale and annual dinner, I am planning to have one or two educational presentations or workshops. I am thinking in particular of a talk on genetic diversity , fleece evaluation and perhaps one on direct marketing. If anyone, whether in District 5 or elsewhere has a subject they would like to learn about, please contact me. I would love your input.
