ARBA Board Conference Call 12-13-2010

C. Cieciwa called the meeting to order at 9:05 pm EST. In attendance were: C. Cieciwa, M. Walters, R. Andress, C. Bazant, C. Pasheilich, C. Payton, D. Pence, B. Petrick, M. Reilly and R. Thompson. S. Culver joined the call a few minutes later.

ARBA President C. Cieciwa informed the Board that the purpose of the conference call was to choose a new webmaster for the association’s website. Following a discussion regarding the proposals of the 2 candidates, Doug Meyer and Jeanie Schwenk, as well as the primary purpose of the ARBA website, M. Walters moved that ARBA hire Doug Meyer/Mt. Niche Enterprises as the organization’s new webmaster. R. Thompson seconded the motion. C. Cieciwa took a roll call and the motion passed unanimously.

D. Pence moved that the ARBA Old Board minutes of 9/17/2010 be reconsidered. C. Pasheilich seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously.

C. Bazant moved that the ARBA Board accept the revised New Board minutes of 9/19/2010 to include the text: “C.Bazant moved that the ARBA National Sale be limited to ARBA registered animals entered by ARBA members. R. Andress seconded the motion and it passed unanimously” regarding the National Sale that had previously been omitted. M. Walters seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

As a result of the motion to reconsider the minutes of the 9/17/2010 Old Board minutes (see previous paragraph), the Board decided to review the text of the amended Old Board minutes of September 2010 in advance of the next Board conference call on January 15, 2011 at 11 am EST, so that these minutes could be approved. C. Bazant moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:53 EST, S. Culver seconded the motion and the meeting was adjourned.
